Mission Shakti Self Help Groups have been the bedrock of this transformation. Thousands of women in Nimapara are now actively involved in entrepreneurial ventures, self-reliant businesses, millet processing, tailoring, handcraft, agri-allied activities, and the successful management of Subhadra Shakti Cafes. Many have become Lakhpati Didis, earning over ₹1 lakh annually and inspiring many more to follow in their footsteps.

With tailored capacity-building programs, access to credit, and vibrant market linkages through Subhadra Shakti Melas, women are charting new paths of success in Nimapara. They are not only earning but leading, from homes to collectives to community platforms.
