"Utkarsha Nimapara" is a flagship initiative conceptualized and driven by Smt. Pravati Parida, Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister of Odisha and MLA from Nimapara constituency. The initiative brings together various stakeholders: citizens, community leaders, SHGs, youth collectives, Panchayati Raj Institutions, civil society organizations, and the administration, to co-create a roadmap for holistic progress.
From rejuvenating rural infrastructure and ensuring piped water and electricity in every household, to upgrading schools and anganwadi centres, and from digital literacy camps to promotion of millet-based enterprises, every component of Utkarsha Nimapara is tailored to meet local needs with long-term impact.
The initiative also closely aligns with state and central schemes, ensuring convergence and synergy. But more importantly, it carries forward the ethos of Smt.
